My current roommate is moving out and I'm looking for another person to take the second room of my two bed, two bath apartment for the next 12month. I have furniture in the common area and you just need furniture for your own room. You will have your own bedroom/bathroom (bedroom#2 and bathroom#2). Your share of the rent would be 1600$ (out of 3380$ total rent) plus half of utilities, internet/cable. Moving date can be flexible between mid-June to mid-July.
