Breed restrictions apply without service animal documentation. More than two pets will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. One-year lease agreement required. Owner pays for water and trash. Renter is responsible for electric and internet. Deposit and first month’s rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. Renter must keep the outside clean and free of debris. Renter's insurance required. One parking spot available in driveway. Additional vehicles must park on the street.
