I have lived here nearly 2 years now.. yes there was a recent water issue and it affected alot of people.. but it was dealt with as professionally as quickly as the team could do. Its a chance occurrence and doesn’t reflect the quality of the complex otherwise.
Any issues I have reported have had a maintenance member in my apartment within 24 hours.
Elevators seem to have frequent issues but I very rarely use them unless I’m lugging something heavy around, which is rarely.
From my point of view, for what I would look for in an apartment.. this ticks all the boxes. Clean, very approachable team, quick resolution for issues, modern and well equipped apartments, very nice common areas.
If I do move (for location reasons) it will act as a benchmark for other apartments I view.
The pipe burst issue was certainly significant, but dealt with as good as a team could have in that situation.

I had an amazing experience living here at Ilara. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help with concerns. A special shoutout to the manager Sam who goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of. Sam's dedication to excellent service truly stands out. Anyela from the leasing office was fantastic as well as Fausto, the maintenance manager. If you're looking for a place where management genuinely cares about residents, this is it! Highly recommend.
First , I wanted to said thank you to Sam , we came here for a family party and from start to finish , he would come and check on us to see if we need any help or support with the facility.
Pros: Great cusmter service , lots of shopping around the area, The facility was very clean , big and spacious, made me feel like i was at home. I would definitely rent this place for future birthdays or family gathering
Con: Hard to find parking.

Location is great with walking distance to public transportations, restaurants, and shops. There's farmers market at the Great Mall every Sunday if you enjoy that. I have only been living here for a couple of weeks or so and haven't used the community's amenities yet but from the look of it, everything seems to be well maintained. The pool area is lovely and feels like a mini resort with palm trees surrounding it. Unfortunately, the unit I just moved into has a lot of issues that wasn't taken care of by the previous tenant and the team here has been nothing but wonderful doing their best to address those issues. Thanks to Anyela, Sam, Fausto, Andrew, and Juan for going above and beyond to help me the past few days with a smile. I appreciate all of you and I think corporate needs to give you all a raise :)
Me and my family attended my nephews birthday party here at Ilara apartments. We had access to their private clubhouse, and were able to use their pool, which was nice because it was super hot that day. It was clean and spacious for a large group. We all enjoyed ourselves with their amenities such as the pool, bbq grill, and fireplace. Sam was super friendly and helpful. He looked out for the party and always asked if we needed anything. I would recommend Sam and the Ilara to anyone who wants a place to have a party!

I like living at the ILARA Apartments. The management and staff are very nice, and they always have a smile on their faces. I especially like Dan and Angela at the front desk. They are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that residents have a great experience. Isaac is great at ensuring that work orders are completed perfectly and on time. He is a valuable member of the team, and I appreciate his dedication to making sure that the apartments are kept in good condition.

ILARA Apartments is an amazing place to live. The apartments are modern, spacious, and very well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and with easy access to major highways.
I especially want to highlight the customer service provided by Anyela. She has been absolutely wonderful, answering all my questions and concerns with a friendly and professional attitude. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my experience very positive. I highly recommend ILARA Apartments to anyone looking for a new home .
I will show the apartments and the general community areas by Aribah And she did awesome. She let me see the apartment layouts that were open that I wanted to see me as much, and all my questions and informed me on everything I needed to know!
