The apartments are a little on the older side but management is doing their best to upgrade facilities. They often host holiday themed events for community members to get to know each other and will actively address your concerns. Maintenance tickets are quickly resolved and staff take care to be out of the way. Price is extremely affordable for the area and is close to a number of convenient things like a large park and super market.

Deepa in the leasing office was very helpful and accommodating during our move in, and we have enjoyed our time here so far. On Sundays, you are a short walk/drive away from a farmers' market. For any dog owners, I would highly recommend this place because you are only a short walk/drive away from Central Park and its dog park.
