This apartment unit is located on the West side of the building (the QUIET SIDE) -- away from the traffic noise on Aurora Ave. This small (just 9 residential units), well-designed property was built in 2001 as condominiums and is located just minutes from downtown Seattle near the heart of the Fremont business district. This roomy unit starts on the 2nd floor level of the building (above 3 quiet commercial businesses on the ground floor level). The apartment itself is three stories tall (with a roomy bedroom and full bath on BOTH the second and third floors), and features partial views of the Olympic Mountains to the West. The main floor is a well-designed open kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave), a convenient breakfast bar, and a nice-sized dining/living room.
