Rent is at pre-COVID rental rates! This building is nearing completion of major renovations, which include new siding, new decks, and many interior unit upgrades. The rental price shown is based on a 14- to 18-month lease term. Please note that the applicant must be able to begin making rental payments within 24 days of the date they apply. At nearly 1.5 times the size of most of its competition, this large (almost 1300 square feet) 3-level townhouse-style apartment features a modern kitchen, 2 west-facing decks, 2 roomy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an updated all-electric kitchen, and a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Come take a look!! This apartment unit is located on the West side of the building (the QUIET SIDE) -- away from the traffic noise on Aurora Ave. This small (just 9 residential units), well-designed property was built in 2001 as condominiums and is located just minutes from downtown Seattle near the heart of the Fremont business district. This roomy unit starts on the 2nd floor level of the building (above a quiet commercial businesses on the ground floor level). The apartment itself is three stories tall (with a roomy bedroom and full bath on BOTH the second and third floors), and features partial views of the Olympic Mountains to the West. The main floor is a well-designed open kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave), a convenient breakfast bar, and a nice-sized dining/living room. Just off the living room (on the west side of the building) is an adjoining deck. The second-floor bedroom also has an adjoining West-facing deck. The "primary" bedroom is on the top floor. Both bedrooms have lots of closet space. The convenient in-unit washer and dryer is on the second floor. Garage parking for up to 2 regular size vehicles will be available February 1st. Garage parking is $150 per month However, there is FREE, On-Street Parking surrounding the building. This building is situated on a major public bus route. NOTE: This property does not have an elevator. This is a "No Smoking" building. Renters' insurance is required (minimum liability coverage of $500,000 -- which is normally less than $18 per month). Qualifying income is $6800 per month. For combined income, we consider only the combined incomes of the two most highly compensated roommates. Minimum 14 to 18-month lease to start. Move-in funds required for qualified applicants are the first month's rent (prorated if the lease begins after the first day of the month), a refundable security deposit, and any additional deposits or monthly rent for parking or pets. Last month's rent is not required. The unit is all electric. Tenants pay all utilities -- electricity is metered and billed directly to you. Water, sewer, and garbage are billed back.
