This roomy unit starts on the 2nd floor level of the building (above 3 quiet commercial businesses on the ground floor level). The apartment itself is three stories tall (with a roomy bedroom and full bath on both the second and third floors), features partial views of the Olympic Mountains to the West. The main floor is a well-designed open kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave), a convenient breakfast bar, and a nice-sized dining/living room. Just off the living room on the west side of the building is an adjoining deck. The second-floor bedroom also has an adjoining West-facing deck. The "primary" bedroom is on the top floor. Both bedrooms have lots of closet space. The convenient in-unit washer and dryer is on the second floor. We have very affordable Parking for less than $200 a month for 2 parking spaces! It is a tandem parking space (for 2 cars) in the enclosed, controlled-access parking garage. Additionally, there is FREE, on-street parking surrounding the building. This building is located on a main public bus line. NOTE: This property does not have an elevator. This is a "No Smoking" building. Renters' insurance is required (minimum liability coverage of $500,000 -- which is normally less than $18 per month). Minimum 12-month lease to start. Move-in funds required for qualified applicants are the first month's rent (prorated if the lease begins after the first day of the month), a refundable security deposit, and any additional deposits or monthly rent for parking or pets. The unit is all electric. Tenants pay all utilities -- electricity is metered and billed directly to you, and water, sewer, and garbage are billed back.
