This building is nearing completion of major renovations, which include new siding, new decks, and many interior unit upgrades. At nearly 1.5 times the size of most of its competition, this large (almost 300 square feet) 3-level townhouse-style apartment features a modern kitchen, 2 west-facing decks, 2 roomy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an updated all-electric kitchen, and a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Come take a look!! This unit is located on the West side of the building (the QUIET SIDE) -- away from the traffic noise on Aurora Ave. This small (only 9 units), well-designed property was built in 2001 as condominiums and is located just minutes from downtown Seattle near the heart of the Fremont business district. This roomy unit starts on the 2nd floor level of the building (above 3 quiet commercial businesses on the ground floor level). The apartment itself is three stories tall (with a roomy bedroom and full bath on both the second and third floors), features partial views of the Olympic Mountains to the West. The main floor is a well-designed open kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave), a convenient breakfast bar, and a nice-sized dining/living room. Just off the living room on the west side of the building is an adjoining deck. The second-floor bedroom also has an adjoining West-facing deck. The "primary" bedroom is on the top floor. Both bedrooms have lots of closet space. The convenient in-unit washer and dryer is on the second floor. We have very affordable Parking for less than $200 a month for 2 parking spaces! It is a tandem parking space (for 2 cars) in the enclosed, controlled-access parking garage. Additionally, there is FREE, on-street parking surrounding the building. This building is located on a main public bus line. NOTE: This property does not have an elevator. This is a "No Smoking" building. Renters' insurance is required (minimum liability coverage of $500,000 -- which is normally less than $18 per month). Minimum 12-month lease to start. Move-in funds required for qualified applicants are the first month's rent (prorated if the lease begins after the first day of the month), a refundable security deposit, and any additional deposits or monthly rent for parking or pets. The unit is all electric. Tenants pay all utilities -- electricity is metered and billed directly to you, and water, sewer, and garbage are billed back. Pet policy -- Two pet limit- (cats only, no dogs or exotic animals). Must be at least a year old, housebroken/litter box trained, spayed & neutered, have all required vaccinations, and with positive landlord references -- an additional deposit would be required.
