During these uncertain times, I have gained a whole new appreciation for the Bella Villagio Team (not that I didn't appreciate them before)! At a time that everyone should be able to stay at home with their families, they are here every single day. They are here making sure everything is clean, things are being disinfected, repairing things and making sure what we have what we need. It's very humbling to see them out every day while I sit safely in my apartment. Trevor and his team are always very approachable. Abdel and the maintenance team are the best! Thank you all for taking care of everyone here!

Bella is a nice property, has its issues like all but the maintenance boss Kevin has been very helpful on keeping up with the building. Takes care of our work orders promptly, such a great experience anytime he or his team come work We had an issue with our AC and Kevin came quickly to try and solve the issue, he had to get a vendor and kept us updated, he went above and beyond to bring a portable and install it while we waited, he got the vendor sooner than expected and we had AC back running within a few days, thank you
