Property Id: 2332158 Renting 2 bedrooms with your own full bathroom in a beautifully designed 4BR/2BA home. Single car garage available to rent for an additional fee. Free parking in the driveway and on the street. Plenty of free storage space in the attic with direct access anytime you need it. Tenant rules: Alcohol-free, no parties, no male overnight guests. You'll share common areas (living room, kitchen, and outdoor areas) with one quiet female occupant (me, the homeowner). All expenses are covered (Housekeeping, landscaping, electric, internet, water, trash, sewer ect). I have a housekeeper who cleans all common areas plus your bathroom every 2 weeks. She can do your bedroom floors too if you wish. She's been with me for 5 years so I trust her completely. I live in the back of the house off the kitchen, and you'll have your own semi-private space in the front. You enter the house without walking past my room. No shared walls between us, and you'll have a lot of privacy since I don't use that hallway. I'm an introverted accountant and pretty much keep to myself, but I'm friendly and open to all types of people. I have a sweet and gentle goldendoodle named Lucy who is great with kids! Your space: Private wing of the house with your own hallway 1 larger bedroom (12x11) with walk in closet. 1 smaller room (10x12) with smaller closet. (ideal for office, nursery, or child's bedroom) 1 private bathroom (yours alone, not shared with homeowner) Shared spaces: Open kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, island seating, and breakfast bar Dining room with bay window and custom beverage bar Spacious family room with high ceilings and large windows Large backyard with privacy fence and BBQ patio Home features: Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, lots of natural light, modern finishes. Location: Walking distance to elementary schools, Jaycee Zaragoza Recreation Center, and parks. 15-20 minutes to Downtown Dallas, Trinity Groves, Bishop Arts, and Las Colinas.
