The building has only 25 units so not a lot of traffic, noise or unexpected guests. $2,650 per month. Parking space, wi-fi, and utilities are included. Cable is not. All bedding, towels, cookware and eat ware are included. No smoking or pets allowed. No AC but there's a ceiling fan in the bedroom and two oscillating fans are in the unit. Lease terms is a 3 month minimum, then month to month. Refundable $1,750 security deposit $300 cleaning fee. $45 application fee. Must fill out a rental application to verify income, rental history, and background. Application process will include a credit, eviction, and relevant criminal report.
