Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were renovated in 2023 in this well-cared for unit that includes hardwood floors, in unit washer/dryer and open kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Large bedroom with dual-closets. Dedicated deck off the dining room. Secure building and parking (one free parking spot). The building has only 25 units so not a lot of traffic, noise or unexpected guests. $2,650 per month. Parking space, wi-fi, and utilities are included. Cable is not. All bedding, towels, cookware and eat ware are included. No smoking or pets allowed. No AC but there's a ceiling fan in the bedroom and two oscillating fans are in the unit. Lease terms is a 3 month minimum, then month to month. Refundable $1,750 security deposit $300 cleaning fee. $45 application fee.
