Be aware of Sennett Goodwin and Minnie Flats as a consumer, your line-of-credit is in his hands. The multiple-page legal document, he has you sign in front of him as he is rushing to close you as a sales-man, take the time to read it. Your base rent price won’t be your rent. He verbally told me my utilizes won’t come out to more than $100 per month. That’s a lie, you will be charged a monthly VCR fee at a variable rate. VCR means (Tenants who fail to transition utility services to their name on or before moving in) July $59.87 and August $16.87. There is a Sewer Capacity and Sewer fee, two separate lines, adding to almost $100 per month. Trash, renter’s insurance and water appear reasonable than a service fee charge of $5. Don’t bother cleaning your apt when you leave as you will be charged a mandatory $80 cleaning fee that he won’t disclose verbally at signing. Sennett is the only point of contact for the whole building, keep that in mind as you are at the mercy of this fake and phony person. Who ever is considering moving in the noise outside is horrendous, downtown is close due to Corona so not worth paying Downtown prices.

Clean facility, quick move in, quiet building in general & a beautifulllll rooftop. No complaints at all. Sennett was also incredibly helpful in the move in process! Overall a great experience to start off with!

Sennett is a personable Community Manager who is diligent and attentive of his resident's needs. Any issue I've ever had was immediately addressed and dealt with. Maintenance staff also kicks butt.
I never would have thought I'd stay at Minnie Flats for as long as I did but the staff here are really great at what they do!

Took a quick tour but unfortunately had to cut it short but the staff was still able to quickly give me the perfect tour to see how nice of place they offer to live. Was blown away by how nice the finish on the units are with such a great high end yet homely feel. Thank you again guys and will definitely have you high on my list of considerations when I make the move to the city!

The management cares about the residents and goes the extra mile (or four) to accommodate them. Organized, detail-oriented, patient, friendly, and genuine. Sennett, especially, is incredibly kind and professional. This place is gorgeous, too, well-maintained. I hope to rent here for many years, if possible. A+++.

I was absolutely blown away by the service I received when I toured this community. The manager Carly made me feel right at home. Beautiful high end finishes and a gorgeous rooftop with impeccable views! I can't wait to move in!

I've done a bit of shopping in the last month or so and Minnie flats had the most communicative and outgoing staff. Simple lease signing and a low application fee. In a desirable location for a fair price. 5 stars from me!

The management at Minnie Flats has been beyond exceptional!!! Sennett is THE BEST property manager I’ve ever had; he has gone the extra mile a countless number of times to ensure all my needs are taken care of. He is prompt and such a sweetheart! We love him.
Additionally, the maintenance manager, Hector, has also been so helpful and accommodating to us. Whenever we have any kind of problem in the apartment, he responds quickly and takes extra time and care to make sure everything is working properly. Hector and Sennett are truly a dream team.
Between management, the location and the competitive pricing, I highly recommend Minnie Flats to anyone looking for a cute studio in Seattle.
