Update 5/16/21: I've lived here since last October. The building itself has gone through a few different managers, though the management company has stayed the same. Since originally writing my review, and then updating it with some really negative experiences (ADA issues, discrimination due to my disabilities, stuff like that), I'm back to say that things have calmed down and it's a decent place to live. All of the building managers since the first one left have been far easier to work with. Redside (management company) is definitely not perfect, but anyone I've dealt with since my initial issues has been professional, courteous, and prompt. Literally the only thing keeping me from rating this SPECIFIC building, its shape and the upkeep, and all of the wonderful people that love in it a 5☆ is going to be determined by what the move out or renewal process ends up looking like. The cost of rent for anything in this area has decreased by $200-$300, so we shall see! The community that people have built in this building is very wonderful - I know over a handful of my neighbors, and it's been a great comfort. UPDATE: Please see updated review for the management company, Redside Partners. I'll update if things get better. I viewed 10+ apartments on almost as many properties, and honestly, I'm so excited that I picked this one to call home. I move in next week! The process was so convenient - signing online, viewing the apartment more than once because I'm indecisive, and inquiring about the upgrades happening before I move in - all through text or email, which is very helpful right now during the pandemic. Honestly, Dianna was a complete delight to work with. She made it so easy, and accommodated my anxieties (re: seeing the apartment more than once, lol) and any questions I had randomly, and in a timely manner! I know that I'll be moving in to a place where the property manager will give a darn about the tenants. The level of care she showed definitely kept my experience positive. The building is well taken care of, Dianna recognized people by name when we ran into them during my showing, everyone was pleasant in conversation. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and has ample storage. Renting right now is weird. Moving is already stressful, but trying to find an apartment right now was overwhelming - Dianna brought comfort to the entire process. I had a few other options that had a washer and dryer in unit (they don't here, which is my only complaint - but the on site laundry room was incredibly clean, so I'm less concerned), but I chose this place because of how friendly everyone felt, and how nice it was working with the building manager.
