The Lancaster is a classic, early 1900s built Capitol Hill gem. This building features large apartments with beautiful hardwood floors and large windows! Our typical studio is 500 square feet and features a large walk in closet that can be used as a sleeping nook. The one bedrooms range from 650 sq feet to nearly 900 sq ft.
