Ground floor apartment in a mostly single family neighborhood well located close to 6th Avenue buses, stores, shopping, restaurants, night life, University of Puget Sound. The decor is retro with tiled counters, deep double kitchen sink (no dishwasher), tiled kitchen and bath floors, carpeted living room and bedroom. A pet is allowed with an additional $250 deposit. Our deposit is fully refundable except for a $25 lock recode fee on move out. Smoking is allowed outside only. We have onsite parking for one car and washers and dryers in our laundry room are not metered (free). An appointment is necessary to view this apartment. A copy of our rental requirements checklist will be furnished on request.
