The large living room has two large windows to let natural light flood the unit, a ceiling fan and wall A/C unit to keep the living space nice and cool during those hot LA days — even though the unit is very well insulated with that classic Spanish stucco. As you enter the kitchen through a large framed entryway, you will notice the brand new stainless steel kitchen sink with no divider and gooseneck faucet situated below a nice kitchen window. There are brand new quartz countertops, stylish tile backsplash that goes perfectly with the tile floors and new custom wood cabinetry. The home includes a new stainless steel dishwasher, refrigerator and gas stove. There is also a stacked washer and dryer unit tucked away in the laundry room just off the kitchen, which offers additional storage as well. The large bathroom has received modern updates featuring a new vanity with storage space, brushed nickel faucet, stylish light fixtures, large mirror with medicine cabinet and subway tiled shower wall with a soaking bathtub below.
