Furnishings are negotiable with an acceptable offer. - One dog can be negotiated with a $250 per month fee - In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement. - Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
