Pleasant has to offer, including shops, amazing restaurants, and great nightlife. You can easily walk or bike to Whole Foods, Shem Creek, and numerous Mt. Pleasant restaurants. Explore the old Pitt Street Bridge, dine at Shem Creek, or purchase fresh local fish to grill. Kayak or paddleboard tours, boat charters, and sunset views are also just down the road. The house is also close enough to the Ravenel Bridge to easily access downtown, even during high traffic times. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with a penalty for violations.
