The open living area includes a comfortable sectional couch, dining table, wet bar, and a half bath. A sunroom with a sitting area is perfect for enjoying coffee or a book, and opens to a lush back patio with a covered picnic table. A separate laundry room houses a full-size washer and dryer, beach gear, and extra storage. Upstairs, you'll find two large bedrooms, each with a king bed, and a full bath with a tiled shower, large waterfall shower head, handheld sprayer, and granite corner bench. An additional folding queen-size memory foam mattress with a collapsible bed platform is available for convenient placement. Parking for 2 vehicles is available directly in front of the home in lined and numbered spaces. For guests bringing pets, they are allowed with a fee of $25 per pet per night. Beach towels, bath towels, and bed linens are provided. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in Mt. Pleasant's Old Village, this home is just 5 minutes from Sullivan's Island beach or Shem Creek's restaurants and nightlife.
