In the living room you will find plenty of comfortable seating, with two couches, and a Smart TV. The spacious kitchen features a large island with seating for two, gorgeous marble countertops, and plenty of cabinet space. There are also two small workspaces- one in the kitchen, and one outside of the first bedroom. You will love the people watching from the private balcony overlooking King Street! This configuration is perfect for two couples traveling together who each want a private bathroom. There is also a full size washer dryer! Located just steps from some of Charleston's most popular restaurants, Maison, Leon's, Melfi's, and Little Jacks, this apartment is perfect for someone who wants to explore Charleston's vibrant culinary scene! You are also just about one mile to Marion Square, a popular destination which hosts the Charleston Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. Parking for two cars, stacked is provided in the driveway. Dogs can be negotiated on a case by case basis with a $250 per pet fee.
