A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Both bedrooms sit toward the back of the home for a private and quiet feel. The primary bedroom features a king bed and the second bedroom features a queen bed, and both offer closet and dresser storage and room darkening shades. The full bathroom is just off the living room and includes double sinks and a shower/tub combo. Free street parking is available in front of the home A Premier Location Wagener Terrace surrounds the beautiful, expansive Hampton Park and is one of Downtown Charleston's most sought after neighborhoods. Walk or bike to a variety of local restaurants, stroll Hampton Park and its bike rental station, and reach King Street just 4 to 5 blocks away. Local beaches and the airport are only about 20 minutes away.
