A stylish circular dining table for four sits in the same open area, perfect for meals, laptop work, or morning coffee. Just beyond is the brand-new kitchen- light, airy, and beautifully finished. With gorgeous cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and fully stocked cooking essentials, it’s ideal for everything from simple snacks to home-cooked dinners. A window overlooks the backyard, and a stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located in a closet off the kitchen. The front bedroom features a queen-size bed, a closet with built-in drawers, a dedicated desk for working from home, and a stunning en suite bathroom with beautifully tiled shower and modern vanity. The second, larger bedroom includes a king-size bed, dresser, smart TV, and generous closet space. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a sliding door that leads directly to the back deck. Outside, enjoy a dining table for four on the deck- perfect for breezy meals or evening drinks. The spacious backyard is shared with the upstairs tenants, while driveway parking on the right side of the home is reserved for guests of Unit A. Set against the backdrop of Charleston’s tidal marshes, The Tidal Flat offers a quiet, coastal feel while being moments from downtown’s best restaurants, parks, and historic attractions. It’s the ideal blend of tranquility, walkability, and modern comfort in the heart of the peninsula. - Pets may be considered with a pet fee of $250/pet. - In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $425 upon signing the lease agreement. - Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
