This single level home is the perfect place to come and enjoy your time in Charleston. The master bedroom is beautifully lit from natural sunlight, has a king bed, flat screen TV, along with a ensuite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms have queen beds, one with a small desk space. The additional bathroom, with beautiful gold fixtures, has double sinks, a shower and a tub. The entire home is furnished by an interior designer with new, modern furniture, and always has fresh, quality linens. The beautiful open-air kitchen has room for guests at a dining table, and bar stools. The formal living room has a cozy feel, great for relaxing and watching TV. Patios in front and back of house, including chairs and a hammock! Enough parking for two cars. There is a small carriage house style home in the back that is occupied by a long term tenant. They do walk through the back yard to access the entrance. **Please note 30 day minimum rentals only, per city regulation** In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $450 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Tax is charged on the rental rate, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable). * Neighborhood - Wagener Terrace: Located in the highly sought after Wagener Terrace Neighborhood, less than a mile away from Hampton, McMahon & Hester Parks.
