For your next apartment, why not rent from someone who actually gives a damn? My name is Rob and I'm the new owner of 257 Averill. I actually live on-site in 261 (the concrete carriage house in the back of the lot) which means if something breaks you won’t need to pull teeth from a faceless LLC to get them fixed. Nice change of pace right? The interior photos are from the bottom unit of 257, which will be available July 1st. The girls that currently rent it are graduating and moving on to other endeavors. New energy efficient windows to be installed before winter, which should save you quite a bit on heating bills. (Contract has already been signed with Wonder Windows which I'm happy to show you) New roofs for both buildings before EOY. A&E professionals will be doing that install. Multiple off-street parking spots. Nest cameras covering porches and vehicles. Electronic locks so you never have to worry about getting locked out. Laundry hookups in the basement are provided (we're also close to a laundromat if you prefer that) A shared backyard/common space for which I have big plans for in terms of landscaping. Though it's already great for pit fires and beers. Tenant references available upon request (because I believe references should go BOTH ways) Come join us! Pets will be considered for an additional deposit (no pet rent) and I’ll need to meet the animal(s) in question. Rob
