Property Id: 1796152 This beautiful furnished townhome is centrally located in Phoenix, close to shopping, hospitals, parks, walking trails, LA Fitness gym, public transportation. Located in the gated 23North townhouse complex, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a pretty walking path and a community pool in the complex. Our unit is located at the front of the complex just past the gates so it is easy for guests to find and allows for lovely expansive views from the windows. This townhouse is only two years old, so everything is new and clean. The downstairs is comprised of an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. Living room features a 65" Samsung Smart TV, two recliners and exercise bike. Kitchen includes everything you need to prepare great dinners, except the food! Dining table seats four. Upstairs, you will find two master suites, each generously sized with its own bathroom. Each has a desk and a smart TV. The loft separates the two bedrooms and has a guest bed.
