Ref: 341481 The Space Private studio attached to large Rose Garden home. Private entrance, room, cooking area, and full bath. Wireless Internet, flat screen TV with Cable. Unit can fit up to 3 persons in beds with pull out twin "trundle". Exclusive use of the studio space, cooking area, bath. Use of on-site washer/dryer available at no extra fee. Shared use of the back yard/patio area. I am available 24/7. I live in the large front house, but work often. I can be reached by phone/text/email. To access the property you will be given a unique 4 digit code of your choice so no hassle for check-in/out. However, i treat AirBnB as a hotel service and will respect guests privacy, unless called upon for assistance. Rose Garden neighborhood is one of the oldest most prestigious areas in San Jose, and the East Bay as a whole. Great access to all major freeways 880/17/85/87/280/101/680/580. Very close to the airport, downtown san jose, all public transportation, exclusive Santana Row/Valley Fair Malls are a 5min drive, Willow Glen is another 5-10 mins away, Campbell is 10 min drive, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, are dependent on traffic. But we are so close to the major freeways you wont have a problem getting around. Any Public transport you could want is a 1-10min walk, see below: VTA bus stop 1 block 1minute walk VTA, BART, CalTrain, Santa Cruz Metro are within 1-15min walk Amtrack is a 10min car/bus ride. 1-10min walk you can get to :Bills Cafe.Starbucks, Subway, Liquor Store, Safeway (24hr grocery store), Tacobell, Chicken Place, Pizza and Ice Cream, Chipotle, and so forth If you would like the additional twin bed (as shown in one of the pictures) please be sure to request it at time of booking so we can be sure to have it when you check-in. If you do not request the additional bed at time of booking we can't guarantee we will have it available for you. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Space is attached to the main house- there are occupants in the main house and a bedroom above. Guests should note that there is "living noise" due to the attached nature of the space.
