I have lived at Platform for 3 years. I love my apartment. Leasing team is so good to me when I go to office. Toni, Jashika and Elizabeth are great all the time. I went to office today and they already decorated office with Halloween decor and it looks bomb. I give perfect score. 😀😍
Update: I am editing my review after management team reached out to me and explained that the pest control company did not show up during the pest control day without giving them notice and some members of the team might have miscommunicated the problem due to not having complete information about the process. Manager Jashika explained the issue in great detail. She was very kind and thoughtful. The management team also gave us a gift with a very kind note. I was impressed with their customer service!
I had the pleasure of working with Liz who went above and beyond to help me secure an apartment on the same day I walked in without an appointment. Her professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Liz was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the leasing process and ensuring that I found the perfect place to call home. I am truly impressed by her dedication to customer service and her ability to make things happen quickly. Before moving in last year, I was concerned about the negative reviews and low ratings I saw on Google. However, after living here for over a year, I can confidently say I would 100% recommend this apartment. I want to especially acknowledge Jashika for her dedication and hard work. I had a conversation with her today, and I was truly impressed by how much she cares about the community. She shared updates about the improvements they’ve made, such as hiring a new landscaping company and organizing community activities, all of which are making a real difference. Over the past year, I’ve seen the community improve, and I believe this is a direct reflection of the team's commitment. Jashika truly understands what the residents need and want, and she works hard to make those things happen.
I've been living here for a while now, and honestly, it's been a great experience! Yes there are problems but which community is problem free. The staff is always trying to help out and fix the issues. So many things have improved since Toni and Jashika took over last year. To people giving bad reviews - Guys give them a break. They changed the cleaning service, increased security people around, conducting patio walks and so many more. The neighborhood has developed so much past year. So many new retail shops opened and the new park is so pretty. Honestly people should focus on the positives and I am happy to be a resident here.

Michelle the leasing manager has been so amazing. She recently started at this property and already you can see the change!
The property has undergone some amazing and fun changes!!! Michelle has set activities over the last few months. That has encouraged community and togetherness which is crucial coming out of COVID and being accustomed to being distanced from people.
I waited to write my review a few months after moving in because I wanted to make sure ti give a solid review.
Jose helped me with the move in process, I moved in August 31st 2023, and so far it’s been a great experience, jose was nice and kind and made sure all my questions were answered. He helped me get the apartment of my dreams. He made sure all my wants were in the place I was going to be living. I met Michelle and James a few months later, not knowing there was new management but already feeling the vibe. I had recently changed vehicles and requested a different parking space because my spot was hard to park due to the doors in my new car opening to wide, Michele and James were so nice and took my to find an ideal spot for my new vehicle.
I have had a few visits to the office and every time I visit, Michelle remembers me and makes sure to say hi. She is so nice and kind that she even remembers my dog and my dogs name. It’s so nice to live in a community that cares about their residents.
The picture is from their latest event! A doggy event with treats. Food and goodies! I give this complex my full recommendation, if not for how good the apartments are, but for the people that make this a community.

The 5 stars are for the interactions and help I received from Michelle. I've lived here 3 years so have seen the apartments go from one manager to another and from one company ownership to another. Everything is different from when I moved in, so I'll have to do another review on living here in general.
However, I've recently had to go to the office and interact with the office employees (something I hardly ever do). Michelle was the one that helped me resolve all the questions, issues and concerns I had. She follows through when she says she will, and she genuinely wants to help. I appreciate her willingness to work with me and help me get all my questions answered. I am truly appreciative of the way she interacts with residents in a sincere and helpful way. 10 out of 10 for Michelle!

My family had a great experience touring a 2 bedroom apartment at The Platform. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and modern. Jose toured me and took his time to give me all the important details. He showed us the amazing amenities and outdoor spaces (which are kept up well.) At the end of the tour, Toni, the apartment manager, came out and checked in to see if we needed anything and asked how the tour went. We have been touring apartments for a couple of weeks now and this by far has been the best experience we’ve had. Thank you!
