This is a fully furnished 6 month winter rental unit. Lease term available only from december 1, 2025 until may 31, 2026. Available for the winter term duration only. Ideal for corporate housing, temporary relocation, or a home-away-from-home during renovations. Comfortable and exceptionally clean, the home is equipped with large and small appliances (except dishwasher), dishes, cookware, cutlery, furnishings and beds. Located in the heart of the Balboa Peninsula, on the prime 15th Street block, this private back/upper unit of a duplex comes with a flat screen TV, Wifi, as well as a large private deck, patio table, and propane BBQ. The main living room boasts a Queen size bed, and the loft (accessed via a pull-out staircase) two Twin sized beds. The upgraded bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The kitchen comes with small appliances (coffee maker, toaster) and an oven/range, and refrigerator. The living room has been comfortably and tastefully appointed with a couch, office desk and chair, and dining table with seating for two. This unit does not come with any designated parking, but the surrounding neighborhood has ample free and paid parking. This unit does not come with any on-site laundry facilities. Laundromat facilities are located on 30th Street and Balboa Blvd. Tenant will be responsible to pay for utilities, less water/trash, by reimbursing utility bills or paying a flat monthly rate TBD. (not available for shorter or longer term than advertised).
