Bed, private bath, & private balcony in a modern townhouse - downtown Bothell (roomate) 1500 sq ft, 2 bed 2.5 bath More about the house: Your room includes a walk-in closet, a private (full) bathroom, and a private balcony off the bedroom with a large glass door that only you will have access to. In addition, there is a very large roof-top deck with a Traeger and some outdoor furniture - a great place for relaxing with a book or cocktail and watching the sun set. I live in the other room and am quite tidy. The pictures shown in the post are representative of how I live. I live fairly clean, don't smoke or drink heavily, etc. I do have a small-medium sized dog (spaniel) who's very friendly. I'm looking for a roomate who also maintains a clean living space and doesn't smoke. The house is fully furnished with the exception of your room. I've lived with all genders but would prefer an age range that's relatable (20-40 ish). Street parking is free and plentiful here. You will be the only person living here besides myself. More about me: During the week I'm a 30 year old white collar professional. On the weekends I like to get outside, go hiking, climbing, white water kayaking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, etc. I'm involved with an alpine climbing club so sometimes disappear for the weekends. More about the spot: The house is within walking distance to all the bars / restaurants / shops in downtown Bothell - some of these are shown in the photos. A few of my favorite things within walking distance are the river and parks downtown; I frequently walk down to the river and go paddlebaording up and down the river after work - it's amazing! The Sammamish River Trail also runs through downtown which is a paved running/biking trail that follows the river. I've taken this trail into Seattle from my place and out to Woodinville wine country in the other direction. There's a park with a frisbee golf course I play occasionally within walking distance. My favorite restaurants within walking distance are: The burgers and boozy milkshakes at Stack 571 are delightful The burritos and margaritas at Poquitos are excellent The outdoor firepits and cocktails at McMenamins are fantastic Public transport is easy if that's important to you. There's a bus stop right around the corner as well as a park & ride about 3 minute walk away. For those commuters, 522 and 405 are immediately accessible without messing around on side streets. This is the easiest commuting location that I've lived in, with quick access to all the major employment zones in the area. I regularly commute to Seattle (SLU) and Everett from this location.
