Great large unfurnished room (248 sq ft) with tons of light facing the backyard is available June 1st! Great kitchen, back patio, split bathroom and large, bright and comfy living room is all shared. Tons of storage throughout.. the pad lister app was acting up and I couldn't load all the images but happy to share upon request! We are two pretty laid back, easy to get along with women. We're busy but find the time to hang out, cook dinner, glass of wine, attack the garden or watch a movie. We like a relaxed atmosphere and have cable but don't watch it much (except some good stuff on hbo) and enjoy entertaining (more "dinner party" than "party party"). This is a great place to live - very comfortable and like a home.. We're hoping to find someone that will appreciate this too. About you: prefer a mature female looking for a home not just a room.. the usual things: responsible, pays bills on time and clean. The house is furnished but we would love to have someone that wants to add their own touch. If you think you could be a good fit to our lovely home, we'd love to meet you!!

A large room in a three bedroom flat with a big living room, kitchen, split bath, and small guest room. There is a patio off the kitchen and a large backyard. It's a great spot to sit and enjoy the sun and a cup of coffee on a beautiful day. We are in a great location near restaurants, coffee shops, GG park, and walking distance to Trader Joe's and a farmer's market on Sundays. We are near a number of bus lines and it's a quick ride downtown. Move in cost is $1000 deposit and first month's rent. Utilities run about a $100 a month for cable, internet and PG &E. We also trade off paying someone to clean the house every two weeks--$85 every six weeks. About us: Two women 30 and 40. We are both busy but find the time to hang out once in a while, cook dinner, have a glass of wine, attack the garden or watch a movie. We like a relaxed atmosphere, have cable but don’t watch it much, and although we both entertain it is more the dinner party atmosphere than a party one. About you: Mature and looking for a home not just a room. The usual thing: responsible, pay bills on time, and clean.
