All appliances are present including washer and dryer. Bedrooms are all spacious and there is lots of storage including a gigantic pantry. Parking for two cars. Private, fenced back yard. No smoking. Renters pay all utilities which include gas, electric and water. Renter is also responsible for lawn maintenance, pest control, and alarm system fees. 12 month lease. Prefer no pets. If pet is vetted and allowed, additional security deposit of $500 and additional $50/month pet rent will be collected. Credit scores less than 600 will not be considered. Deposit is same as one month's rent unless your credit score is less than 650. If credit score is between 600- 650, deposit will be $4000 (two month's rent). Income to rent ratio should be 3-4 x.
