Tucked away on a quiet residential street, the property is surrounded by meticulously maintained historic mansions and lush gardens, creating a peaceful atmosphere in the center of the city. $1,150/Month $1,150/Security Deposit -Utilities include: Heating, electricity, water, trash removal We require income verification, credit, and background checks. We're also happy to welcome pets with a pet screening process that includes a $300 non-refundable pet fee and a $50 monthly pet rent. All residents are required to maintain a valid renters insurance policy throughout the duration of the lease term. Proof of coverage must be submitted to and verified by the Landlord prior to the commencement of the move-in process. This policy must be issued by a licensed third-party provider and must explicitly name the Landlord as an 'Additional Interested Party' or 'Interested Party.
