The apartment has hardwood floors, a newly renovated bathroom with open tiled shower, in-unit washer/dryer hook-ups, and is located on the first floor of the building, with access by ramp to a reserved parking space. We will host an Open House on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will begin accepting deposits immediately after the open house in accordance with our priority system. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $4,775.00 Application fee is $46 per adult; Parking - 1 car maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit per pet, and there is monthly pet rent charged at $75 per pet per month. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. * Prices reflect a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before November 11, 2025. Pricing may change after November 1, 2025. Other options are available; please ask your leasing agent about terms. Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.
