Bus/BART/great restaurants, groceries, fresh produce & coffee all walkable, UCB is a 10 minute drive. No problem parking nearby -- parking within 300 ft. is always available. All utilities included, including wifi and washer/dryer use. No pets Deposit: $2000 Parking: Street parking (always available within 300 ft & free) 120 sq ft deck attached House Rules Please always shut the garden gate. No candles or fires. Your deposit will be debited for items taken or broken, not including: snacks in the refrigerator and coffee, tea, or sugar used as needed (and please leave the containers those items are in!) You may rent bicycles for $10/day (rate depends on number of days). Please approve unregistered guests or hot tub users with landlord in advance. No paid escorts on the premises.
