I lived here from last June in 2024. it's only 2month i living here now. But, It's weird that this place has such a low star rating. I think it because something happen was in past? but they renew the place. The manager johanna is SUPER kind and introduce me very precisely if i have any question. Close to downtown berkeley and trader's joe. House condition is cleaned and good. I will write further reviews and good things about this place while I live there.

Lived here for a year. It was great, the apartments were nice and quiet, and I never heard my neighbors walking around or playing loud music. Had a south facing apartment so got loads of sunshine. It is a stones throw from downtown Berkeley, so if your into good restaurants be warned it becomes a little bit too easy to walk down the road and get awesome food.
