I want my tenants to be proud of where they live. - The kitchen is beautiful. - Two Massage chairs for comfort. - Fully furnished and ready for move in. - Private Yard - Unfortunately, No Pets Allowed at this property Here are some important points to understand about me and my process: * All the units are on lock-box, so easy to see and view. However, before anyone sees the units, we need to talk, so please call. Let's see if we are a fit for each other. * You don't need the perfect credit score. If you are a hard-working person, I can look beyond a credit score. * If you don't have all the money for a security deposit, that's fine too. We can work something out and it can be paid overtime. * Each month, all units in all our properties are sprayed for bugs each month. There is no charge for this. * As I said, you do not need to pay an application fee. Too many property management companies treat application fees as a profit center and will have you pay an application fee - even though they know the place is rented or you won't qualify. This is not how I work as I'm more interested in finding the right person, than making an extra $1,000. * Past evictions are okay, with compensating factors. * If you prefer to meet in person, no problem, I'm near the property often. * If something breaks, you are going to call me to get it fixed, you aren't going to get the run around by some big company. * The rent listed is the base rent. There will be tax/admin fee, and a water/trash fee added to the monthly payments. The landscaping was intentionally designed to help protect the home from the Arizona heat and create a setting tenants can feel proud to call home. Property features include: Spacious 3-bedroom, 2 bath home with a split floor plan Open, beautiful kitchen Washer and dryer hookups (bring your own or rent ours) On-site storage sheds are available for rent, so you don't need off-site storage Important Things to Know About Me and the Process All units are on lockbox and easy to view.
