It's been almost two years living the village at the brookside and I absolutely love living here. Especially since Ricky took over the manager position! If you have any problems, contact maintenance and they will fix it right away. Whenever maintenance is required on the apartment complex even for the small fix, we are contacted and we are always aware of what is happening. I believe that even small communications like these are important in building trust so I am grateful. My neighbors are so sweet and I always enjoy talking to them. And also I never had noise problem. This is just my personal opinion, but since my first language is not English, sometimes I had hard time talking to apartment manager. BUT Ricky tries his best to make me feel welcomed and safe. I personally recommend living here!!

I love living here! The staff here is so kind. Chris the manager is very prompt with addressing concerns and so polite! You can tell he is very genuine. If you don’t have a washer and dryer in the unit, they have 5 facilities to use. I love having the alarm system in my unit. It makes me feel safe. Also, wanted to add, I once left my light on all night in my car and the maintenance staff came over and jumped my car on a Saturday! Very nice place to live.
