The Presidio Residences is pleased to announce availability in our Kobbe neighborhood. Originally built as housing for officers serving at Fort Winfield Scott, the Kobbe Avenue neighborhood includes lush landscaping with manicured lawns and rock retaining walls surround the buildings. Constructed between 1902 and 1915 in the Mission Revival and Colonial Revival styles, these homes were lovingly restored. We will host an open house on October 15, 2025 from 10:30-11:30AM. We will offer the home immediately after the open house based on our priority interest list. 1310-B Kobbe Avenue is a 4-bedroom/2.5-bathroom unique historic duplex with approximately 2,500 sq. ft. The rental rate is $11,800 monthly. The home features beautiful historic details, renovated kitchen, hardwood floors, laundry hookups, a basement for additional storage and a one-car detached garage. Additional Information: Holding deposit is equivalent to one month's rent Application fee is $46 per adult Parking permit for an additional vehicle is $100 per month – 2 cars maximum Two pets per household with an additional $500 deposit, and $75 monthly pet rent per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. We want you to know that your health, along with the health of our residents and team members, is our highest priority. *Prices reflect a minimum of a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before 10/25/25.
