With approximately 1,600 square feet, the townhome is fully carpeted with a view through trees overlooking Crissy Field and the bay, a spacious open plan tiled kitchen, a gas stove, private balcony, in-unit hook-ups for your washer and dryer, and one designated uncovered parking space. We will host an open house on Monday, September 30, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. We will begin accepting holding deposits immediately following the Open House in accordance with our priority system. The advertised rent reflects a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before October 9, 2024. Pricing may change after the offer date. Additional Information: Holding deposit - $4,600 Application fee - $46 per adult Parking permit for additional vehicles is $75 per month – 2 cars maximum We welcome two pets per household in every neighborhood. The pet deposit is $500 and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. Current pet vaccinations records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. In 2013, the Trust identified Army-era debris beneath surface soils in portions of the Lendrum Court Area. From 2014 to 2017 the Trust assessed and remediated the debris with oversight from the California Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Toxic Substances Control.
