I’m looking for a clean roommate to share my beautiful forested fairy kingdom home in Newcastle. $1150 a month includes all utilities, internet, Netflix, and monthly housekeeping. The room is a spacious (read: large enough for your VR roomscale space or yoga) ground floor bedroom. The rare Seattle sunlight pours in through two windows. The room comes with or without furniture, and you’ll also have access to storage space throughout the large common areas. You’ll also have your own walk-in closet and full bathroom: The living room has amazing lofted ceilings, and views into enchanting cedars. The huge backyard has a large porch perfect for the summer barbeques I host (you are invited!) There’s also a large kitchen with plenty of pantry space and a dishwasher. There’s a washer and dryer in the laundry room and tons of parking both in the driveway and street. I have a guest room with a twin bed if you have someone visiting. The commute to Bellevue is only 20 minutes in rush hour traffic, and the drive into Cap Hill is only 20 minutes on evenings and weekends. My commute to Eastlake/South Lake Union is 30 minutes. In the summer you can ride your bike along the beautiful and safe Lake Washington trail all the way into Bellevue.
