I've been living here for over a year and half and love it here. The management is top notch, professional, very friendly and goes above and beyond. Property Manager Lia is the absolute best! I honestly have not had any issues with the apartment unit itself except when I first moved in there was an issue with the washer which was taken care of right away. This property is very pet friendly as well.
Notch apartment is a five-star residential place, and they have a very professional and polite team who take care of everything you need during your move-in. I love living here, and I am genuinely enjoying the peace, safety, and quietness in my apartment. The one thing that I like about my apartment is that the sound or noice doesn’t travel through the walls and you won’t hear your neighbors. Also, it is very clean, fresh, and new apartment. I have had a new experience of living here because not only my apartment is very satisfactory but also the environment is beautiful, lots of trails to hike around, and they are very peaceful.

Update June 2022, her packages haven't gotten stolen in a long time. It looks like the new security is working or the package thieves moved out. It's a nice apartment complex.
(Update: April 2022, Her packages still get stolen, but they did hire security. Car break ins don't happen as much now. Still a nice little place, just wish they would install security cameras. I bought her a $300 sleeping bag and it got stolen in the locked lobby and checking an hour after it arrived).
My girlfriend lives here and it is deceptively not safe. Literally every week (according to other residents) peoples’ cars get broken into and packages are stolen. Management keeps on blaming the package carriers but they put them in the lobby, which would be safe if they just put up a few cheap cameras and actually fixed the door so that it locks. Literally all you need to do is put up cameras. I can’t believe it’s such a struggle to put up cameras. Also there’s no cell service.
The apartments themselves are nice though!
I've been enjoying my 2-plus years at the Notch Apartments very much. It is a very well-run building (even with some management turnovers), and is located in a nice, quiet setting (right next to Cougar Mt Regional Wildland Park. It is kept pretty clean inside and out, despite the large number of tenants, who are largely very nice and friendly, as is the management team.

I have been living in the Notch Apartments for a few months now and have had an excellent experience. The staff is extremely friendly, prompt, and professional. Whenever I have a question or concern, they are quick to address it. Whenever I’ve had packages delivered, they have ensured it gets to the right location and communicate with me the entire time (ie letting me know when it is delivered and where they placed it - I was even able to have my couch delivered directly into my living room upon request!). The one time I had maintenance done, Russel made sure to contact me before entering my home to get my permission first. Things like that have made me feel secure, cared for, and that they put real effort into fostering good relationships with their residents. Additionally, it is a very clean and quiet community - which is very important to me! I would highly recommend this complex!

We have really enjoyed living at Notch so far. The inside of the apartment is really nice and the layout of our apartment (gallery kitchen) utilizes it’s small square footage well. The appliances are great. The maintenance guy, Russell, has been very responsive as well as personable so far; it can be hard to find good maintenance people so we really appreciate that. The rest of the staff are also nice and they have been supportive throughout COVID. They even started offering flex pay for rent so you can pay throughout the month. The biggest downside is that I and everyone I’ve had over do not get cell service in this building for some reason, no matter our carrier.

Amazing place to live! Great location, new appliances, beautiful kitchens, nice large walk-in closets and safe neighborhood. I love this apartment one of the best living experiences I’ve had. The staff is always helpful and kind.

The best apartment!! They have the nicest and accommodating Management Staff, Lyndsey and Chris, and very responsive Maintenance personnel.
The apartment is really nice, large windows, good flow of air, clean and all equipment and fixtures are new. More so, I love their amenities such as the game area, roof deck for barbeque, bike storage, etc.
It so clean and organized even when throwing trash.
Indeed, it is an amazing place to live and call home!!!
