About 1024 Cole St
Hello! I'm looking for a roommate for a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Cole Valley. The apartment is on Cole Street in a quiet area just a block from the commercial strip of Cole street. At ~1,400 sq. feet, the apartment is exceedingly spacious, and you would have a full bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom to yourself. All finishings are luxury, and there is a w/d in-unit. There isn't parking, but street parking is easy and monthly street cleaning means you don't need to constantly move your car around. The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready. For a little bit about me, I'm a man in his late 20s. I'm very active and pretty social, so I'd love a more social roommate! I work from home a few days a week (2-3), but even then I'm often out for periods of the day.
