Private spacious master bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bath dual master apartment available in the One Santa Fe community at 100 S Santa Fe Avenue, Los Angeles, 90013. I'm 31 and do accounting for a commercial real estate company. I don't smoke or own any pets--preferably looking for a female roommate, student or professional. Long list of amenities! This is a great location right in the middle of the Arts District situated above an organic grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and nail/hair salons.
