Furnished with a boho mid-century-inspired vibe and all the comforts of home. The bright kitchen boasts granite countertops, abundant counter space, a dishwasher, under sink water filter, and great natural light from the big window above the sink. The floor plan features one bedroom and one bath on the first level, with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other two bedrooms have queen-size beds. Also upstairs, a modern barn door slides open to reveal a unique bonus room for a home office or workout room, and there's an extra storage area too. This pet-friendly NE Portland duplex also has a large, fenced front yard for fido to run around and an in-unit washer/dryer. There is only street parking, but it's generally easy to find a spot. Other convenient perks include a 26” smart TV, Nest smart thermostat, a video doorbell, and a smart lock. Note: This property has a second apartment in the basement with its own entrance. From this spot in the vibrant North Tabor neighborhood, you'll be close to I-84, Laurelhurst, Montavilla, the Hollywood District, and more. It's a nine-minute walk to the MAX Blue, Green, and Red lines at the NE 60th Ave MAX Station stop. Plus, the 19 and 20 bus lines are within a block or two. This location has fantastic access to everything that makes Portland great restaurants, bars, parks, and more. The year-round Montavilla Farmers Market is within 1.5 miles, and beautiful Mt. Tabor Park is just a bit further. Trader Joe's, QFC, Fred Meyer, and more are within a quick drive. In the morning, walk a couple of blocks to Seven Virtues Coffee Roasters for a latte.
