You must take approximately 6 stair-steps to reach the apartment entry door and then an internal staircase to the unit front door. This apartment is located in a multi-unit building, so occasional noise from other tenants may be heard. The unit faces a lively, central street, so some ambient city noise is possible. There is no dedicated parking, but metered street parking is available all around. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but a laundromat is just a short walk away. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing or otherwise unreturned key is subject to $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine. Fast Wi-Fi is available for streaming, remote work, or planning your day’s adventures.
