Outdoor lovers will appreciate being minutes from Washington Park and Forest Park. Cultural highlights are also close at hand, including the Portland Art Museum and Cinema 21. This area is made for walking, and restaurants, shops, and groceries are all close by. The Portland Streetcar and TriMet bus lines are within a few blocks, and scooters or bikes are readily available. Street parking is available, though it can be limited during peak hours. You must take approximately 6 stair-steps to reach the apartment entry door and then an internal staircase to the unit front door. This apartment is located in a multi-unit building, so occasional noise from other tenants may be heard. The unit faces a lively, central street, so some ambient city noise is possible. There is no dedicated parking, but metered street parking is available all around. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but a laundromat is just a short walk away. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing or otherwise unreturned key is subject to $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine. Fast Wi-Fi is available for streaming, remote work, or planning your day’s adventures.
