The kitchen begins with a large floor to ceiling pantry cabinet and of course the laundry nook has its own storage too. Below the abundant kitchen counter tops are cabinets and drawers. Stepping out into the private gated yard, there is a large utility closet with room for outdoor entertaining supplies, sports or gardening equipment; as you wish. Amazingly, the unit also includes a private detached garage with ample room to park a full sized car or even a small pickup truck and there is still more storage space in the bays inside the garage. A community pool is for the pleasure of Del Mar Downs residents. Easy access to the Del Mar Fair Grounds and Del Mar Horse Races are a prized bonus. Nearby beach access and a local farmers market at the highly acclaimed Cedros Design District features fine dining, art galleries, interesting shops and boutiques, and a wide variety of winery, pubs and established music venues which can provide endless entertainment possibilities.
