No parties or events are allowed, and quiet time is observed after 9 pm. Firearms are not permitted on the property, and unregistered guests are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited, with any smoking needing to be at least 40 feet away from the building outside of any courtyard. Lights, A/C, and heating should be turned off when away.
