This apartment is located in an apartment building without an elevator, and guests will receive check-in information including a unit code and parking details on their arrival date. The apartment is fully furnished with all the essentials, including quality amenities and toiletries. It features a cozy living room, a functional kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a clean, well-maintained bathroom. The living room also includes a futon for extra sleeping space. One designated parking spot is available for guests. Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties. Guests have access to the fitness center and the seasonal pool. The building itself is not managed by us, and therefore anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us. We do not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities, and these may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. We will not be issuing a refund if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the entire apartment, balcony or patio, and all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. Guests cannot receive mail at this property. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Guests are required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of their valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. Failure to leave all access items (fobs, keys, and parking passes) behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If it is determined that an infestation has been brought into the apartment or onto the premises, you may be charged for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. Includes a futon in the living room for extra sleeping space.
