I don't review places unless they are terrible, but this place is amazing! I've been here a year and just renewed. It's affordable, you get a washer and dryer INSIDE your apartment, the community is so sweet and friendly, it's quiet I don't hear any street noise and if you move next door is terrible and over priced.. if you move across its over priced! The Villas are worth the price! I have NEVER had a problem with management, they actually care about there tenants and even have food trucks come so they can bring food too the ones that work late or can't go too places... They fix things that are needed to be fixed in a timely manner.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with this complex. The staff is friendly, professional, helpful and go above and beyond to help ensure residents are happy and well taken care of. The units, common areas and grounds are beautiful and well kept. If a maintenance problem is reported it is taken care of quickly and professionally. The location has gorgeous bay view and is centrally located with limited traffic. The residents are friendly and respectful to one another. They offer units in a variety of sizes and prices which makes living in a new apartment complex affordable for people with diverse incomes. The Villas of Ocean Drive is a wonderful asset to Corpus Christi!
