Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, and all common and outdoor areas of the building. Smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. There is a maximum occupancy limit for the space, and no more than the specified number of guests are allowed on the premises at any given time.
