The location is perfect, as you are in the middle of a very popular Central District area. Be amazed by all of the cafes, shops, parks, and walkable areas this location has to offer. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony; smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only, and violation of this policy will result in a $250 fine for cleaning and odor removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours. No loud parties or events are allowed. Excessive noise complaints may result in a warning, followed by a $150 fine for each subsequent violation. Guests are responsible for any damages to the apartment or missing items during their stay. If the fob/key combo is not placed in the lock box during check out, that will be an additional $100. Any lost key or fob/key combo will result in an additional $120 fee.
