The inviting living space features a cozy brick fireplace, a large sectional sofa, and modern decor. The bright, modern, fully equipped kitchen features sleek white cabinetry, a spacious island with wood countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a double oven and gas stove. The bright and modern dining room features a sleek wooden table with seating for six and a bold statement light fixture. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, plenty of overhead cabinet storage, and basic cleaning supplies. There are two full bathrooms, one bright and modern with white subway tiles, a spacious glass shower, and a double-sink vanity, and the other simple and functional with a tiled bathtub-shower combo and a clean vanity. Dogs are welcome with a maximum of two dogs per stay. Dogs must weigh 20 pounds or less. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog applies. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog, as prior approval is required. An additional nightly rate of USD 39 per night applies for each guest after the first 6 guests. Violation of the no-smoking policy incurs a USD 750 fine. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Failure to report pets will result in $400 penalty. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house.
