The fully equipped kitchen has upscale finishes, a 4-person bistro table, a stainless steel kitchen hood, an ice maker, a coffee grinder, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, spices, cooking basics, dishware, and flatware. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Parking is available in the garage for 2 vehicles, in the driveway for 3 vehicles, and on the street. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog per stay. A fee of $39 per guest per night applies from the seventh guest onwards. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.
